Renewing a Subscription

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month, so no action is needed unless it has been cancelled. If it has been, it can be renewed for 30 days after the end date. To do this,

1. Log in to your tutor account.
2. Go to the ‘My Children’ tab.
3. Click ‘Renew’.
4. Follow the instructions.

Annual subscriptions can be renewed 30 days before and 30 days after the end date.
