Cancelling a subscription

Annual subscriptions automatically expire after 12 months, so no action is needed to cancel.
For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel by following these steps:

1. Log in to your tutor account.
2. Go to the ‘My Children’ tab.
   
3. A ‘Cancel’ button will have appeared on the child panel.
4. Click the ‘Cancel’ button and follow the instructions.
